A Note for Customers Who Use Paypal
While we are more than happy to accept Paypal as a form of payment we must note some technical errors we have been experiencing with this payment method.
Firstly, if you receive a Payment Failed notice when you are re-directed back to our website after completing payment, please check your email rather than going through checkout again. You should receive a payment confirmation email from Paypal, if not, please check your Paypal account before attempting to pay again. We have been receiving all payments instantly, but because of the false notice, customers are sending double or triple payments. This is a Paypal error, not a website error, and unfortuantely we are unable to fix it.
In short, Paypal has problems connecting with various types of website carts. On occasion our website may not record an order if paid for using Paypal. This is a rare occurence but if you have not heard from us within a few business days please contact us.
